Ever wonder what the heck you’re supposed to ask about in an interview? Me too. What did I do before a phone interview? Turned to the #sachat* and #WLsalt* communities for ideas. The wonderful Teri Bump shared some good questions and a great resource. One question she suggested stopped me in my tracks: Could you share any concerns you may have regarding my candidacy?

…You mean I can just ask that?? Teri said to address the concerns if they have them, and if they don’t then they’re impressed. Pure gold! She also shared this blog post that gave some good questions.
